Farm to Table Dinner

Join us as we celebrate the Summer and our fantastic farmer’s market with local foods prepared by David VanTassel, Executive Chef at Salt Face Mule.


We will be celebrating the season with several amazing dishes that David will prepare using ingredients from our AMAZING vendors! This is a fundraiser for our market and we would so appreciate your support and help!

On Wednesday, July 8th, all orders will be prepared for pickup at the Weaverville Community Center during regular market hours of 3pm to 6pm. We will send out a scheduling form a little closer to the date for you to schedule when you would like to pick up your dinners.

You are welcome to sit on the porch to eat and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Louise or you can take with you! Many of our vendors will be offering specials and treats that you can add to your meal! BIG BIG THANKS for you support and commitment to this wonderful market!

At this time, you are only able to order a plate one at a time online. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You may also purchase plates at our weekly market at the market manager’s table. If you would like to order multiple plates of different meals, please FILL OUT THIS FORM and we will invoice you.

Beef Plate: Coffee Chili Smoked Brisket: horseradish broccoli salad, ramp roasted new potatoes, micros. $38

Chicken Plate: Peach Tea Brined Chicken: charred scallion smushed squash, ramp roasted new potatoes. $35

Fish Plate: Honey BBQ Salmon en Papiotte: lodi apples, summer greens, ramp roasted new potatoes. $38

Vegetarian Plate: Mushrooms ala Grecque: tomato confit, vegan ‘feta,’ amaranth grain salad, malabar spinach. $35
